Completing Your KYC
FNDZ requires KYC verification once you have made transactions worth more than $1,000. FNDZ does not store any of your personal data. Instead, it's handled by the complaince company Fractal.
You can access the KYC from the Settings page. You can check your current verification level on the page, which determines the trading limit of your wallet. To increase your limit, please complete the KYC verification.
1. Connect your wallet and click Settings.
2. After that, click "Verify My Identity" to verify your wallet.
3. You will be redirected to the Fractal website. You can either start the verification via email or mobile phone number. Agree to the terms and conditions. Then, press "Continue".
4. Go to your email inbox and click on the link in the email from Fractal.
5. You should see a new window with terms and conditions. When ready, click "Allow".
6. You will then see a user agreement, privacy agreement and transparency policy. Agree to the terms and click "I agree".
7. Choose whether you are a private individual or a part of an organization.
8. Select your country of residence from the dropdown. Then click "Next".
9. Enter your registered address in the format shown below.
10. Upload a document containing your full name, address, and date of issuance (the document must have been issued within the last six months). Then click "Next".
11. For your wallet's currency, choose "Ethereum/ERC-20/BEP-20".
12. Open your wallet, copy the address and paste it into the entry field. Then click, "Next".
13. Choose which ID you want to use to verify your identity (Passport, Drivers License, or National ID).
14. You should see a summary of your details. Please confirm that the details are correct by checking the box.
15. Upload a selfie with your ID document (eg. Passport). Make sure your face and the ID document are clearly visible. Then click "Continue authorization".
16. You should see a confirmation page and then be redirected to the FNDZ app. Please wait patiently. Fractal will review your data in a timely manner. Once your application has been verified, Fractal will send you an email notification.
You can do the KYC once and then register as many wallets as you want with your account. Once complete, you can trade as much as you want.
